ABOUT US
Client & Vendor Due Diligence
Commitment to Transparency and Compliance
At Vericast, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance, security, and ethical business practices. Our due diligence processes are designed to provide clients, vendors, and partners with clear, consistent access to the information they need—while ensuring appropriate validation, confidentiality, and regulatory alignment.
Vericast operates within a comprehensive compliance framework that governs our business activities, vendor relationships, and data protection practices. This includes ongoing oversight, risk assessment, and collaboration across Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and business teams to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Due Diligence Requests
We support due diligence inquiries from both prospective and existing clients, as well as current and prospective vendors. To ensure timely and accurate responses, requests are routed through dedicated channels and reviewed by the appropriate internal teams.
Client Due Diligence Requests
- Clients seeking financial, compliance, or operational information should submit requests through their Vericast account executive, account manager or account team, as this is the fastest way to complete the request and does not require verification of client status. If you are unsure who your Account Executive is, you may submit a request to proposalservicesgroup@vericast.com, however, this process may take longer.
All client requests are validated to confirm eligibility prior to fulfillment and are handled in coordination with Vericast account teams and internal stakeholders.
Vendor Due Diligence Requests
- Vendor due diligence inquiries may be sent to: ken.smith@vericast.com
All vendor requests are validated to confirm eligibility prior to fulfillment and are handled in coordination with Vericast Procurement and internal stakeholders.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
All information shared as part of the due diligence process is subject to strict confidentiality and usage restrictions. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are required prior to the exchange of sensitive information, and all data is handled in accordance with Vericast’s information security and privacy standards.
