Employment reference check inquiries

All employment reference check inquiries from current or former employees should be directed to: Thomas & Company at tncverify.com for the official Company response. 

• For verifications that are employment only you will need your social security number (SSN) and the Company code (VERI)
• If you require employment and wage verification you will need to provide:
  • First and last name
  • Social security number
  • Company code (VERI)
  • Your email address and

NOTE: Your authentication ID is the last four digits of your social security number and your birth year. For example, if the last four digits of your SSN are 1234 and your birth year is 1980 you would enter 12341980.
