Peter A. Fera, Jr.

Pete Fera serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of Vericast. As CFO, he is responsible for financial execution, capital structure management, and liquidity planning, while leading FP&A, treasury, tax, and accounting. As COO, Pete oversees supply chain management, engineering, and manufacturing operations, driving service excellence, quality, and cost efficiency.

Pete brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in finance, operations, and engineering, managing large-scale, complex organizations while driving enterprise value creation. Since joining Vericast in 2005, he has played a key role in aligning financial strategy with operational execution to advance long-term business objectives.

Prior to Vericast, Pete held senior leadership roles at Honeywell and General Electric, including Chief Financial Officer of Honeywell’s Aircraft Landing Systems business.

Pete holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
