Lee Ann Stevenson

Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Administrative Officer

Lee Ann Stevenson is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Vericast. As General Counsel, she oversees all global legal affairs of the Vericast businesses, including commercial, employment, corporate transactions, and litigation. In her role as Chief Compliance Officer, she guides the company’s ethical and regulatory obligations by building and strengthening systems that identify, manage, and mitigate compliance risk across the organization.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Lee Ann shapes and enhances the Vericast employee experience. She leads key functions such as Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Total Rewards, Training, and Learning & Development. Her responsibilities also extend to additional critical corporate functions that support Vericast and its team members, including IT Operations, Marketing, Communications, Compliance, as well as Information and Data Security.

Before joining Vericast, Lee Ann served as a Senior Vice President at Vericast’s parent company, MacAndrews & Forbes Inc. Earlier in her career, she was a litigation partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Lee Ann earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Dickinson College with a B.A. in Political Science and American Studies.
